SPY-DA RECORDINGS
Privacy Policy
Who this notice covers
Spy-da Recordings Ltd is responsible for personal information it receives through enquiries relating to this website. Contact info@spy-darecordings.com with privacy questions or requests. This notice describes the current website; separate Spy-da services have their own privacy information.
Browsing and hosting
The site delivers pages, artwork and audio files through hosting infrastructure. Requests necessarily disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested resource to the hosting provider. Hosting and access providers may process operational or security logs. The private review version also uses its hosting provider’s sign-in and access controls.
Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, manage the enquiry and maintain relevant correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and operating the website, or steps you request before a contract where applicable. Legal obligations may require certain records to be retained.
Music, videos and fonts
Audio previews are served with the site. Embedded video players are supplied by Bunny Stream through player.mediadelivery.net. Google Fonts supplies the site’s fonts. When your browser requests these resources, those providers receive connection information and may process information under their own policies. Their processing may occur outside the UK. See Bunny’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.
Cookies and local storage
The site’s own page scripts do not set advertising cookies, install analytics or store your music selections in local storage. Hosting sign-in and embedded third-party services may use their own cookies or storage. Browser controls allow you to manage cookies. Third-party features may work differently when cookies are blocked.
Xynthea
Xynthea is currently a guided menu of prepared responses. It has no free-text chat input and does not send conversations to an AI service.
Sharing and retention
Service providers involved in website hosting and email delivery process information needed to provide those services. Enquiry correspondence should be kept only for as long as needed to address the enquiry, meet applicable legal requirements or resolve a dispute. Provider log retention follows the relevant provider’s arrangements. Contact us for information about a particular record.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact us using the email above. You may also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
